This monthly subscription covers your share of room dues, helping pay for the venue, refreshments, materials, and other essentials that make our weekly meetings professional and welcoming.
We accept

BNI room dues are collected to cover the operational and logistical costs of running the weekly chapter meetings:
🏢 Venue & Meeting Costs
- Renting the meeting room or facility
- Paying for early access/setup fees if required by the venue
- Covering any required insurance or security fees tied to the space
☕ Food, Beverage & Hospitality
- Coffee, tea, water, or light breakfast items
- Tableware, napkins, and other hospitality supplies
- Occasional member appreciation treats or special meeting refreshments
🪑 Supplies & Equipment
- Name badges, visitor badges, pens, and printed materials
- Banners, signage, and branding items for the room
- Audio/visual equipment or microphone maintenance if the venue doesn’t provide it
🧾 Administrative & Operational
- Printing agendas, referral slips, visitor sign-in sheets, and member resources
- Office supplies (folders, clipboards, markers, etc.)
- Small maintenance or replacement costs for chapter-owned items (e.g., banners, timers, badges)
🎉 Chapter Growth & Special Events
- Occasional open houses, visitor days, or themed events
- Decorations or small incentives to make special meetings stand out
- Guest speaker honorariums or thank-you gifts (if applicable)
